Customer Background:

  A pharmaceutical processing enterprise in Vietnam, focusing on the extraction and filtration of medicinal materials. Customers need to carry out solid-liquid separation of high-temperature medicinal materials in the production process to ensure the purity and quality of medicinal materials extracts. Due to the particularity of medicinal material filtration, customers put forward strict requirements on the high temperature resistance, liquid discharge mode and operation convenience of the filtration equipment.

Customer demand:

The device must support both open and dark flow drainage modes to meet the requirements of different filtration stages.

The filtration temperature is as high as 65°C, and the device must run stably in a high temperature environment for a long time.

The operation mode is manual, which is easy to use and easy to maintain.

DN50 pipe is used to realize the function of cross-washing cake from top to bottom to ensure that the cake is thoroughly cleaned.

Solution:

  According to customer needs, we customized 1000 van filter press for them, and made a number of improvements:

Filter area: 100M²

Filter chamber volume: 1500L

Main material: Carbon steel (high strength, corrosion resistance)

Drainage mode: open flow + dark flow double drainage design (to meet diverse filtration needs)

Open flow drainage: Plastic sinks are equipped on both sides for easy collection and discharge of filtrate.

Filter temperature: ≤65°C (304 stainless steel feed pipe, high temperature, corrosion resistance)

Operation mode: Manual operation, easy to use.

Cake washing design: DN50 pipe, using the top to bottom of the cross washing cake to ensure that the cake cleaning thoroughly.
