The fully automatic backwash filter is an efficient filtration equipment that utilizes an intelligent control system to achieve automatic filtration, automatic recognition of pressure difference, automatic backwashing, and automatic drainage throughout the entire process.
When filtering, liquid enters the filter element through the inlet of the filter, and impurities in the liquid are intercepted inside the filter element, while other liquids flow out from the outlet. The accumulated impurities inside the filter create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches a certain set value, the self-cleaning program is activated. During the cleaning process, the deceleration motor above the filter drives the axial rotation below the sewage pipe to clean each filter element one by one, thus completing the cleaning of all filter elements.
When the filter discharges, the motor drives the discharge valve to start the backwash program, causing some of the clean liquid that originally flowed to the outlet to flow back into the filter at high speed from a specific backwash inlet. This water flow impacts the filter element at an extremely high velocity. Under the strong impact force, impurities attached to the inside of the filter element are stripped off one by one and converge towards the sewage outlet along with the reverse water flow.
When the backwashing and sewage process is completed, the intelligent control system issues another command to close the sewage valve and adjust the water flow path to return the liquid to the normal filtration flow direction.
