Product introduction of bag filter

The bag filter consists of a cylinder, a filter bag, and an internal stainless steel support mesh.
  Housing: Used to accommodate filter bags and internal stainless steel support mesh, protecting internal components and providing fluid channels.  Generally, stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, lined with PP, and coated with PTFE material.  Common housing types include single bag, turtle back, and concave lid.
Filter bag: It is the core component of a bag filter.  Common types include oil removal filter bags (suitable for filtering oily liquids), PTFE filter bags (acid and alkali resistant), stainless steel mesh filter bags (corrosion-resistant), nylon filter bags, PE filter bags, and PP filter bags (high-temperature resistant).

Working principle: A bag filter is a machine that mainly filters liquid impurities through filter bags.  The liquid enters the filter bag from the inlet on the side of the cylinder, and its impurities are intercepted in the filter bag.  Clean liquids flow out from the outlet, completing the filtration.
Common bag filters include stainless steel bag filters, carbon steel bag filters, multi bag filters, turtle back filters, and parallel bag filters.
Bag filters have high filtration accuracy and can be selected with different precision filter bags according to needs.  They have a high impurity removal rate, can ensure fluid purity, have a large filtration area, can accommodate more impurities, extend service life, reduce the number of filter bag replacements, lower operating costs and maintenance workload.  Its structural design is reasonable, and the installation and disassembly of filter bags are convenient and fast, with strong operability.
