The program-controlled automatic hydraulic chamber filter press is an intermittent solid liquid separation equipment. It is designed and manufactured by integrating mechanics and electricity. It has a reasonable structure and is simple and convenient to operate process. Product Overview

1. The oil cylinder pushes the clamping plate to clamp each filter plate.

2. When the pressure reaches 20Mpa, the clamping process stops and enters the pressure holding state.

3. Open the feed valve, and the material enters each filter chamber from the thrust plate material port.

4. Solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber to form a filter cake.

5. The liquid is discharged from the machine through the filter holes formed by each filter plate.

6. After the filtration is completed, the oil cylinder is retracted and the clamping plate is released.

7. The flip plate is opened to the mud receiving state.

8. The plate pulling trolley pulls the filter plates open one by one, and the filter cake falls into the mud storage hopper.
