Carbon steel bag filter
Carbon steel bag filter is a filter equipment made of carbon steel (usually Q235 carbon steel) as the main material, and the core filter element is the filter bag. This filter combines the strength and corrosion resistance of carbon steel and the efficient filtration capacity of the filter bag, and is mainly used in the filtration and purification process of liquids or gases, especially in cases where high filtration accuracy and large processing capacity are required.
The working principle of carbon steel bag filter is to filter and separate the liquid through the filter bag. When the liquid flows from the pipe into the filter housing, it first passes through the support basket and then through the filter bag. The filtered material (such as sand, clay, rust, suspended matter, etc.) is blocked inside the filter bag, while the clean liquid enters the outside of the filter bag through the filter bag wall and is discharged through the outlet pipe.
