Product Overview

Junyi series Plate and Frame Filter Press is widely used for solid-liquid separation, with perfect performance, easy operation.
Working principle: The suspended solution is pumped into filter chamber, under the feeding pressure, the filtrate pass through the filter media and then discharged from the outlet. The solid will becomes to filter cakes. Thus realize solid liquid separation.
One plate and one frame from a filter chamber, the cloth is hung on the filter plate, which is very convenient to replace.

Type of plate closing method: Manual jack type, manual oil cylinder type, and automatic hydraulic type.

1. Reinforced Beam of filter press The main beam is made of Q345B, stronger guarantee the machine life time longer and more stable when operating.

2. Filter plate and frame Using high quality PP, ensuring filter plates has the good characteristics of anti-corrosion and strong acid and strong alkali resistance.

3. Filter cloth Using high quality polypropylene, strong acid and strong alkali resistance or high quality polyester acid. We also can customized the filter cloth size as you required.
